We had a beautiful new home. It was only a little over a year old. We saved to build this home and planned the whole thing. We decided the colors of the carpet, the types of kitchen cabinets and the size of the rooms. We landscaped the yard and had a deck built. We put our heart and soul into this house.
Then we got the news that we had to move to Kansas for my husband’s job. We had to leave our pretty house. It was heartbreaking. On top of the emotional upset we didn’t have enough equity in the home to even pay for a Realtor. But we had to sell it to move.
My husband had to go to Kansas right away so I was left here to sell the house. I am the mother of three, and one child has physical disabilities so it was very challenging being here all alone trying to sell the house. Months went by and no one had even made us an offer. My husband would come home on the weekends but that was getting hard on all of us. But the thought of leaving our pretty home empty while we were all the way in Kansas worried me so much.
We saw the sign that said “We Buy, Sell, Lease & Renovate Properties”. We called Ask Me Realty Solutions, LLC and they came out and spoke to us about buying our house. They seemed sincere about how we felt about our home and assured us that they would take good care of our home. We decided to sell the house to them so I could move to Kansas and we could get our family back together.
It was such a relief to finally be a family again and not to worry about our house anymore. I am glad we finally made the decision to move on and to know that we did not have to worry about our house.
